Orrefors Clear Glass Teardrop Vase by Sven Palmsvist. This design, by the famous Sven Palmqvist, is in the 1960 Orrefors catalogue. It came in three sizes - 105mm, 150mm, and 200mm in clear and steel-gray. Ours is a the small size version.
